Her family business is set on having 100 million people enjoy 100% climate neutral cheese in 2036. We’re after real grass-fed cowless cheese. She listened to us talk of stainless steel cows - not that patiently to be honest – and on the spot dared us to make a good one now, not in 7 years. We took up the challenge. And here we are. The first WildWestLand products will hit @AlbertHeijn shops across The Netherlands by mid June. They are our best go at the real thing made with readily available plant ingrediënts. And they turned out pretty craveworthy, if we may say so ourselves. Teaming up with 85+ years of cheese making experience sure pays off.
